About Me

For over 15 years, I’ve been immersed in the music world as a performer, songwriter, producer, and voice coach. I hold a background in Applied Voice from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, a Music Theory certificate from Berklee College of Music, and additional coursework in Audio Production Techniques. My work combines musicianship, vocal science, and real-world recording experience into a practical and supportive development environment.

My focus is artist development — helping singers grow not only technically, but creatively and sustainably. Rather than isolated lessons, I guide artists through a structured process that strengthens their voice, deepens their musical understanding, and builds confidence in both performance and recording settings.

Artists learn how to develop their own songs — shaping melody, phrasing, and delivery so their voice and writing support each other. Vocal training is approached holistically: technique, body awareness, interpretation, songwriting integration, practice habits, and recording skills all work together.

I work across genres using evidence-informed methods to help artists build consistency, creative clarity, and long-term reliability in their craft. The goal isn’t just improvement in sound, but the development of a capable, self-directed artist.

As a member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS), the International Voice Teachers of Mixed Voice (IVTOM), and The Voice Foundation (TVF), I emphasize vocal health and longevity while nurturing individuality and creativity. I also teach beginner piano, helping students strengthen musicianship, sight-reading, and overall performance skills.

Through my studio, Puget Sound Music LLC, I provide remote lessons, online courses, and personalized recording and production guidance for students, making professional-level training accessible to singers at all levels. My mission is to help every singer reach their full artistic potential, perform with confidence, and develop the skills necessary to sustain a thriving and expressive musical career.
