Digital Delivery Policy – Puget Sound Music

At Puget Sound Music, all of our courses, resources, and services are delivered digitally. No physical items are shipped.

1. Delivery of Digital Courses & Products

  • After your payment is successfully processed, you’ll receive an email with login details and instructions to access your course or resource.

  • Access is usually immediate, but in rare cases may take up to 24 hours due to processing or technical delays.

  • If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or junk folder.

2. Delivery of Private Lessons & Lesson Packages

  • Once you book private lessons or lesson packages, confirmation details will be emailed to you.

  • Lessons (live or recorded) will be accessible according to the scheduled date and time you selected at checkout or during booking.

3. Delivery of Subscriptions (Monthly/Annual Plans)

  • For subscription-based programs, access to the membership portal is granted immediately after payment.

  • Subscribers maintain access as long as their subscription is active and in good standing.
