Scheduling

• Complimentary consultation calls are available by appointment only and are scheduled for 30 minutes.

• Each new student may book one free consultation call.

Cancellations and No-Shows

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Missed calls or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in losing eligibility to rebook a free consultation.

Courtesy

• Out of respect for our teachers’ time, we ask that you attend promptly at your scheduled time.

• If you are more than 10 minutes late, the consultation may need to be shortened or rescheduled.

Monthly Private Lessons

Lesson Purchases and Payments

• Lessons are billed monthly and must be paid in advance to secure your spot.

• A valid credit or debit card is required to set up your monthly lessons.

• Please note, we are not able to offer refunds for unused lessons.

Scheduling and Reservations

• Monthly lessons may be scheduled either:
  • 1 lesson per week (30 or 60 minutes), or
  • 2 lessons per month (30 or 60 minutes).

• Your lesson time is reserved just for you and recurs on the agreed schedule unless otherwise arranged.

Cancellations and No-Shows

• If you need to cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will be forfeited or charged in full.

• We’ll do our best to reschedule if proper notice is given, but make-ups are not guaranteed.

Ongoing Enrollment

• Monthly lessons renew automatically each month.

• If you wish to pause or discontinue lessons, please let us know before your next billing cycle.

Lesson Purchases and Payments

• To lock in your lesson rate and hold your spot, payment is due up front.

• We don’t offer refunds for unused lessons, but if you ever feel unhappy with a lesson you’ve taken, let us know—we’ll look at it together on a case-by-case basis.

• Without 24 hours’ notice, the lesson is counted as used or charged in full.

Expiration

Payments and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly based on the number of lessons you choose.

• Your rate is locked in at the time of signup and will remain the same unless you change or cancel your subscription.

• Payments are processed automatically each month using the card on file.

Failed Payments and Cancellations

• If a payment fails (e.g., declined card), your subscription may be canceled, and your locked-in rate could be lost.

• You’ll receive a reminder email seven days before each renewal so you’re always informed.
