Return & Refund Policy – Puget Sound Music

At Puget Sound Music, we provide artist development services that involve scheduled creative sessions, production work, and professional time. Because space in the Artist Development program is limited and production begins once the program starts, refunds are generally not available except in limited circumstances outlined below.

1. Artist Development Program

Enrollment in the Artist Development program reserves a dedicated spot for the participant and commits production resources to the project.

All payments for the Artist Development program are non-refundable once the program has begun.

If a participant chooses a payment plan, all scheduled payments must still be completed, as the spot in the program has been reserved and production work has been allocated.

2. Scheduling and Participation

Participants are responsible for attending scheduled sessions and participating in the songwriting and production process. If a participant is unable to attend a session, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule when possible, but missed sessions may not be refundable.

Delays in participation (such as missed writing sessions, delayed vocal recording, or lack of feedback) may affect the timeline for completing songs but do not qualify for refunds.

3. Program Deliverables

The Artist Development program is designed to guide artists through the development and production of two songs over approximately eight weeks. While Puget Sound Music will provide production, mentorship, and creative guidance, the completion of songs also depends on the artist’s timely participation.

4. Refund Processing

In rare cases where a refund is approved at the sole discretion of Puget Sound Music before the program begins, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are not available due to change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or failure to participate in the program.
