Return & Refund Policy – Puget Sound Music
Effective Date: September 5, 2025

At Puget Sound Music, we offer digital courses, private lessons, and subscription-based services. Because our products are delivered digitally and lessons involve scheduled time, we generally do not offer refunds, with limited exceptions outlined below.

1. Digital Courses (One-Time Purchase)

  • All digital course purchases are final.

  • Once you gain access, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not available.

  • If you experience technical issues, reach out to us—we’ll make sure you can access your course.

2. Private Lessons & Lesson Packages

  • Once booked, lessons are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited.

  • Lesson packages must be used within 18 months; unused lessons after that period expire and are non-refundable.

  • If a lesson is canceled by Puget Sound Music, we’ll happily reschedule it at no extra cost.

3. Subscription Services (Monthly & Annual)

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Payments are non-refundable once processed, but access remains active until the end of your billing cycle.

  • Annual Subscriptions: Eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee only if you’ve actively participated and completed at least 2 modules. Requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of purchase. After that, no refunds are provided.

  • Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; partial refunds are not issued.

4. Refund Processing

  • Any approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds are not available for change of mind, accidental purchases, or failure to use the product or service.
